Mask wearing policy
Mask wearing and QR code check in requirements in NSW are continually changing. However, as a healthcare facility, Mind Your Health Medical Centre will require all patients attending face-to-face appointments to:
- wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose
- check in via the Service NSW app
- present your vaccination certificate
- attend in person only if asymptomatic. Alternatively, you can book a telehealth consultation or provide a negative PCR test from the last 48hrs (no rapid antigen tests at this stage)
Our team will continue to wear masks to protect ourselves and anyone who attends, and we want to ensure that visiting us does not cause you to be exposed to COVID-19.
